Brought to you by Atlassian, Kiwibots, the University of Auckland Women in Engineering Network, and Centre for Automation and Robotic Engineering Science (CARES).
Join us for a panel session with four inspiring women from across the technology sector including:
– Jennifer Lowe – Software Engineer @ Atlassian, and previous President of Robogals student club
– Dr Mahla Nejati – Robotics Research Fellow @ University of Auckland, and nominee of a Women in AI award 2022
– Dipika Sharma – Software Engineer @ Atlassian
– Mikayla Stokes – Mechatronics student @ University of Auckland, Kiwibots “VEX-er” and two-time winner of Skills Bright Sparks competition
The session will begin with our panellists discussing their career journey so far, with a good chunk of time allocated to live Q&A from the audience (you!) There’s no such thing as a stupid question, so you can ask our wonderful wāhine all those things you have been dying to know about being a woman in STEM.
All attendees will enter our prize draw to win a wonderful goody bag from our sponsors which will be drawn at the end of the session.
