This event is not run by an association in the Tech Alliance, but may be of interest to some members.

Part of the Digitally Speaking Series: succeeding with digital commerce

Understanding your customer

Businesses need to understand their customers before they can engage with them online. The sessions in Understanding your customer will give you advice on how to identify who your customer is and how to meet their needs.

In the first session (10am) Jessie Wong, CEO and Founder of Yu Mei will share how she built a devoted following for her luxury leather goods brand and how the company pivoted to digital showroom events and redesigned their supply chain when COVID 19 hit.

All is for All CEO and Founder Grace Stratton will explain what you need to think about to ensure you are creating accessible digital platforms. Reaching customers through online channels will only work if you consider how different users will experience your content.

In session two (11.30am), Twilio Director of Product Marketing Vanessa Thompson will share insights into how you can make your products and services stand out in crowded global markets, using smart persona-based targeting and segmentation.

Why attend?

The Digitally Speaking event series is your opportunity to learn from global leaders in digital commerce and transformation. After each session there will be a chance to ask questions and, if you’re attending in person, you’ll be able to network with other businesses and compare notes on your digital successes and challenges.
