Companies invest significant time and energy in attracting customers to their business but flawed customer service or clunky user experiences can mean they don’t retain them. This Digitally Speaking event will give you practical tools and insights that you can use to create winning user experiences to secure repeat business and customer loyalty.
You’ll learn from global leaders and case studies with successful New Zealand companies. Sessions in this event will cover how to delight your online customers, the technology that can help you better support your customers, and the role of education and training in developing customers who become super-users and advocates.
