Championing edtech, startups and new members

Firstly, a massive congratulations to Shanon O’Connor and Tōnui Collab for winning the Community Tech Champions Award at last week’s CIO Awards!

Also, congratulations to those in our community who are showcased in the HolonIQ 2024 ‘ANZ 50 most promising EdTech startups annual list. These local fast-growing and innovative learning, teaching and up-skilling startups include Banqer, ImmerceMe, Kai’s Education, Kara Technology and Komodo.

A very warm welcome to our newest members, CoActive Education and Mission Ready HQ. These two businesses work at different intersections of education to support and build capability and confidence in digital literacy and fluency for our teaching community, and to address the tech skills shortage in Aotearoa New Zealand.
