Gen AI guardrails made simple!

A new generative AI (Gen AI) e-Learning module designed to help organisations use AI tools responsibly has been launched by our member, Simply Privacy. 

Gen AI offers numerous opportunities to innovate and provide services more efficiently, but it also has its limitations and creates risk we all need to understand.

It provides learners with a baseline level of knowledge about using Gen AI tools, like ChatGPT, responsibility. It is intended for us across organisations from the front-line to senior leadership. 

The 15 minute module uses interesting case studies and practical examples to teach:

  • What Gen AI is
  • The opportunities Gen AI creates to innovate and increase productivity
  • The risks and limitations of Gen AI
  • How to use Gen AI safely with a set of simple guardrails (or rules)
